Genova Contemporary City

It shows the tour all over the city as a place of processing the contemporary culture and as a workshop of social relations: the international convention of educational cities, expected in Genoa 2004, enters in this way :a meeting about education, as an opportunity of moral, cultural and social growth of the citizens, that is an absolute priority for the contemporary socities: the harmony of the city means harmony for the urban place’s management. Concerning this, over the last few years, many European cities started a growth process based on the capacity of utilize their occupations and their resources realizing a policy of requalification of the existing structures in the area: for this reason, it’s planning an exposition about this experiences of the town planning redevelopment in Europe bearing the title “Urban re-gen-eration”. In these terms we also find the achievement of the new “Polo museale di Nervi”, that aims to create a connection between historical parks, museums and the sea promenade, increasing the relation between art and nature: the great show-event related to “Genoa,contemporary city” will be “Arti e architettura”, a journey all over contemporaneity across a survey about relations between architecture and visual arts, cinema, theathre, music and literature.
